Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation before the shipment of your order, provided that the order status remains “Unfulfilled.” To initiate a cancellation, please send a request via email to shop@ulssi.com.ph. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Auto-Cancellation Due to Carrier Issues:

If our logistics provider reports an order as lost or damaged during transit, we will cancel the order and process a refund for paid orders accordingly.

Cancellation Finality:

Please note that once an order has been canceled, the decision is final and cannot be reversed.

 

Returns

To request a return, submit a request via email to shop@ulssi.com.ph within 7 calendar days of item receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Shipping Costs:

  • For returns due to seller-related issues (e.g., manufacturing defects, incorrect items), shipping costs will be covered by UL Skin Sciences, Inc.
  • For returns due to non-seller-related issues (e.g., change of mind, incorrect orders by the buyer), shipping costs must be borne by the customer.


Courier Arrangements:

We will arrange the courier for all return requests that are seller-initiated.

 

Refunds

Conditions:

Refunds will be issued for:

  1. Paid canceled orders.
  2. Returned items (after inspection and approval).
  3. Orders caused by logistics-related issues. 

Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exclusions:

  • Items marked as final sale or not returned in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Unpaid or previously canceled orders cannot be refunded.
